Co-Founded SKINQRI 2005-Present Performed all initial start up requirements to create a research institute affiliated with Advanced Dermatology. Contact pharmaceutical and laser companies to introduce our Institute and recruit clinical studies. Negotiate contracts and budgets with sponsors. Create study protocols and consent forms. File appropriate forms to the IRB. Recruit subjects for studies. Maintain all study documents. Created SOPs for the Institute.


Co-Director of Marketing 2003-Present Plan and participate in external and internal events to promote Advanced Dermatology and SKINQRI. Helped develop and maintain Advanced Dermatology’s and SKINQRI’s websites. Create patient mailers to advertise specials and new procedures. Create physician mailers to introduce our practice and research institute to physicians for referrals.

Laser Provider 2003- Present Perform Laser Hair Removal, Laser Photorejuvenation, Laser Leg Veins, Photodynamic Therapy, Tissue Tightening, Fractional Resurfacing, and Cellulite Reduction with the Vasculight, Aurora, Polaris, Comet, Velasmooth, Coolglide Xeo, Titan, Thermacool, Clearlight, Blu-U, Accent, and Fraxel Lasers. Also perform Botox® Cosmetic injections for rhytides and hyperhidrosis.
 
Director of Clinical Division 2003-2006 Helped Dr. Taub open Advanced Dermatology, including hiring and training all clinical staff, ordering all medical supplies and equipment, contacting insurance companies and updating contract information, and creating consent forms for cosmetic procedures. Supervise clinical staff and oversee monthly clinical meetings with Dr. Taub to provide further education. Participate in monthly financial meetings to plan budget and analyze revenue and expenses. Participate in monthly billing meetings to analyze insurance reimbursement.
